- Massage the affected area with Vanamali Pain Relief Balm Malham twice or three times a day with light hands or a physician’s advice. Cover the massaged area with a cloth for 15-20 minutes after application.

When To Avoid Vanmali Malham
- Vanmali Malham has analgesic properties. Keep it out of the reach of children and avoid using it to apply on ruptures, burns, broken skin, or wounds.
- This cream should be avoided by your eyes and the skin around them. Rinse well your eyes if it happens.
- Don’t use the pain relief ointment on dry or harsh skin.
